Our 14 Step Marketing Plan

My 14-step marketing plan is designed to get your home the maximum amount of exposure in the shortest period of time. Each step involves proven techniques that leverage the opportunities to showcase your home to key people that can either buy your home or help us find the right buyer:

Prospective Homebuyers, Local Real Estate Agents and Investors.

  1. Price your home strategically to be competitive with the current market and current price trends.
  2. Announce your home to the entire Chico Association of Realtors. I will also put your home on tour for other agents to see. As a follow up, I send a flyer to each Chico realtor, and a email.
  3. Place For Sale signage, complete with property flyers that are accessible to drive-by prospects.
  4. Use a detailed follow up system when provide information about your home to buyers. Each inquiry will be followed-up with a personal phone call and will be put on a follow up schedule.
  5. Distribute Just Listed marketing to 100 of your neighbors and my past client base encouraging them to tell their family and friends about your home.
  6. Optimize your home's Internet presence by posting it on local and global MLS systems and adding multiple photographs and creative descriptions.
  7. Create a 360° virtual tour of your home and place it on multiple websites to attract local and out-of-town buyers. This cuts down on showings from uninterested parties.
  8. Create business card sized flyers for your property. Showcasing vital information and photos of your home giving you the ability to hand out your home’s information on the go.
  9. Your home will be advertised on over 30 websites with multiple photos and detailed information.
  10. Include your home in our office tour to allow other agents to see your home first hand.
  11. Advertise your home in my newsletter, neighborhood and direct mail campaigns.
  12. Create an Open House schedule to promote your home to prospective buyers.
  13. Inform each buyer that I come in contact with and represent about your home for sale. I will also send targeted marketing material to buyers in my database in the price range of your home.
  14. Provide you with weekly updates detailing my marketing efforts, including written comments from prospective buyers and agents that have visited your home.
